SHIPPING COSTS
A €6.99 delivery fee is applied for shipments within Italy.
SHIPPING METHOD
Products are shipped via a courier selected by us, with active tracking service. We ensure to provide you with the most affordable and fastest shipping option (between 2 and 12 days).
Deliveries are made on business days only (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and local or national holidays), between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Orders are typically processed within 24/48 hours from the Order Confirmation (if placed before 4:00 PM on a working day, barring force majeure or unforeseeable events), excluding remote areas.
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notice at the intercom/mailbox. A second delivery attempt will automatically be scheduled for the following business day. If the recipient is still unavailable, the parcel will be held at the local courier branch for 3 working days. On the 4th working day, the parcel will be transferred to the local Post Office, and a delivery notice card will be sent to the recipient. The recipient then has an additional 7 working days (including Saturday) to collect the package from the Post Office. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to the sender.
We are not responsible for any delivery service malfunctions caused by the courier.
For deliveries made to receptions (with a receptionist's signature as proof of delivery), we are not liable for any subsequent failure to deliver the package to the final recipient.
If a destination country is not listed among the available options, it means we do not currently ship to that country.
At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check:
- That the number of packages delivered matches the number stated in the transport document;
- That the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps);
Any damage to the packaging and/or product or discrepancies in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported by noting it clearly on the delivery document to be returned to the courier.
Any issues concerning the physical integrity, accuracy, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 14 days of delivery, following the procedures outlined in this document.
SHIPPING TIMES
Products are delivered within 2 to 14 business days from the date of order receipt, provided the order is placed before 4:00 PM on a working day. Delivery delays may be caused by temporary product unavailability, courier service issues, force majeure, or during holidays.
For orders placed by credit card or PayPal, delays may also occur if the payment authorization cannot be completed. If you do not receive your order within 14 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), please contact our customer service at: tramaventi@gmail.com
The delivery times indicated should be considered as estimates only. Any delays, or partial deliveries made in separate shipments, do not entitle the customer to refuse the delivery or to request compensation or reimbursement.
