Refund policy
Return for Change of Mind
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange for the purchased item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and a photo that justifies the return request.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Only full-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected and, if approved, we will arrange the refund process accordingly.
Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. To request a replacement for the same item, please email us at tramaventi@gmail.com

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not proceed with the refund.
